- How do I schedule a telemedicine appointment?
Call our office to schedule — online booking is not available for telemedicine. Our team will verify eligibility and answer initial questions before the visit.
- What is the cost?
Thirty-minute consultations are $60.
- Who is eligible?
Existing patients seen within the last 12 months qualify. Pets not visited in the past year require an in-person appointment first.
- Are emergency cases covered?
No — telemedicine is for non-emergency concerns only. Medical emergencies require immediate in-person care.
